1. Introduction

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player", "User", "you") and dhk77 ("Platform", "we", "us", "our") governing your access to and use of the dhk77 website located at https://dhk77.ws, including all games, betting markets, promotions, payment facilities and support services offered thereon.

By accessing, registering, or using any part of dhk77, you confirm that you have read, understood and unconditionally accepted these Terms. 2. Eligibility

• You must not be an employee, contractor, director, officer or immediate family member of an employee of dhk77 or any of its affiliated entities, game providers or payment partners.
• You must have full legal capacity to enter into this Agreement. If you are subject to any court order or guardianship arrangement that restricts your ability to enter into binding contracts, you may not register.
• You must not be registered on any self-exclusion list or have a currently active self-exclusion on dhk77. Players who have voluntarily self-excluded must not attempt to circumvent their exclusion by opening a new account.

dhk77 reserves the right to require documentary evidence to verify eligibility at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by the platform may result in account suspension and the withholding of pending withdrawals until compliance is achieved.

3. Account Registration & Security

You may hold only one account on dhk77. Opening more than one account — whether under the same or a different identity — is strictly prohibited and may result in the permanent closure of all associated accounts and the forfeiture of any funds held therein. dhk77 uses automated and manual checks to detect duplicate registrations.

Accurate Information

All information you supply during registration — including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address, phone number and payment account details — must be accurate, complete and up to date. You must notify dhk77 promptly if any of your registered details change. Providing false or misleading information is a material breach of these Terms and entitles dhk77 to close your account immediately.

• You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person. All activity conducted via your account is your sole responsibility regardless of who performs it.
• If you suspect unauthorised access to your account, you must contact dhk77 support immediately at [email protected] and change your password without delay.

KYC Verification

dhk77 operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) programme in accordance with responsible gaming and anti-money-laundering obligations. You may be required to submit a government-issued photo ID, proof of address and proof of payment method ownership before a withdrawal is processed. The platform may temporarily restrict withdrawals while verification is pending. dhk77 will handle all submitted documentation in accordance with its Privacy Policy.

5. Bonuses & Promotions

dhk77 offers a welcome bonus on first deposit, seasonal promotions (including BPL and Eid campaigns), reload bonuses and other limited-time offers from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions in addition to any specific terms stated on the relevant promotion page:

• Bonuses may only be claimed by eligible players who have completed registration and, where required, initial KYC verification.
• Each bonus may only be claimed once per player, household, device, IP address, payment account or any other shared identifier, unless the promotion terms explicitly state otherwise.
• Wagering requirements must be completed within the validity period specified for each bonus. Unused bonus balances and any associated winnings will be forfeited upon expiry.
• dhk77 reserves the right to withhold, cancel or reclaim any bonus — and any winnings derived from wagering on that bonus — if it determines, at its sole discretion, that the bonus was claimed in bad faith, in error, or in violation of these Terms.
• Free spins, where awarded, are valid only on the game(s) designated in the promotion. Winnings from free spins are credited as bonus funds and are subject to the rollover requirement stated in the offer.

dhk77 is not obligated to offer any bonus or promotion and reserves the right to modify or withdraw any active promotion at any time without prior notice.

7. Responsible Gaming

dhk77 is committed to promoting responsible gaming practices across its entire player base. The platform provides a suite of tools that allow players to manage their gaming activity. These tools are available within your account dashboard and can be activated at any time:

• Deposit limits: Set daily, weekly or monthly limits on the total amount you can deposit. Once set, a limit can only be increased after a cooling-off period of 24 hours.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the platform solely for your own personal, non-commercial recreational purposes.

You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, publicly perform, republish, download, store or transmit any material from this platform without the prior written consent of dhk77. Any unauthorised use of platform content may expose you to claims for damages and other legal remedies.

11. Amendments to These Terms

dhk77 reserves the right to amend, update or replace these Terms at any time. When changes are made, the revised Terms will be posted at https://dhk77.ws/terms-conditions with an updated "Last Updated" date. For material changes, dhk77 will endeavour to provide reasonable advance notice via a platform notification or email to your registered address.

Your continued use of dhk77 following the posting of amended Terms constitutes your acceptance of those amended Terms. If you do not accept the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and contact support to close your account and arrange the return of any withdrawable balance.
